1.depend on+某(mǒu)人或某物

　　 　　I haven’t got a car, so I have to depend on the buses. 我没(méi)有(yǒu)汽(qì)车，所以我得乘公共汽车。

　　 　　有时可在(zài)某(mǒu)人或某物后(hòu)用(yòng)介(jiè)词 for。

　　如：

　　 　　We depend on the radio for news. 我们(men)靠收音机听(tīng)新闻。
